ANALISIS PEMBANGUNAN PERTANIAN PADA NAGARI BINAAN DI KABUPATEN PASAMAN

Abstract

This research was conducted in Nagari Tanjung Betung sub district,distric Pasaman. The purposes of this study are to analyse the Program of Nagari Binaan and Agricultural Development Program as well as to design the planning of agricultural development in the research area.  The finding shows that: (1) this program is not continually implemented, and the Program of Nagari Binaan in Nagari Tanjung Betung has not been integrated with the agricultural development program, and (2) there are some problems in applying of the program such as the limited numbers of people who carry out the program, the lack of coordination, the limitation of facilities, and lack of support from government especially in term of policy and fund.  By using SWOT analysis, some strategies that could be implemented are: (1) increasing role anf function of institution, (2) increasing the quality of human resources, and (3) functioning nagari asset based on government policy and the development of community.
