APLIKASI METODE AHP (ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS) DALAM MENGANALISIS INDIKATOR KINERJA KUNCI RANTAI PASOK TANDAN BUAH SEGAR KELAPA SAWIT di PT. XYZ

Abstract

Oil palm plantation commodities has an important role for Indonesian economy. It required a complex decision-making to determine the smoothness of a company's business. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the tools (process) for decision making developed by Thomas L. Saaty in 1970. Measurement and decision-making of performance is very important for the company in order to be a better company. This study aimed to determine and measure the key performance indicator of supply chain of oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in the PT. XYZ. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, primary data are obtained directly byof observation, interviews and expert opinion. Secondary data are obtained from the literature, internet, journals and other supporting documents. We did the interviews and documentation studies with a model based on the attributes of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), are found the factors that become a key indicator in assessing the performance of supply chain TBS attributes are used there are three, namely reliability, responsiveness and flexibility. We measured the key performance indicators by AHP. The results shows that the key indicators of quality which are TBS should be free from damage, the delivery of TBS should be on time, free from damage TBS, TBS delivery time, and cycle time of delivery TBS ranked first in the attributes of reliability, responsiveness and flexibility.
