PERSPEKTIF BUDAYA DAN INSTITUSI PENGEMBANGAN KAWASAN PETERNAKAN RAKYAT
Abstract
. Cultural and institutional perspectives play an important role in establishing agribusiness characters within techno-parks’ regional development model. First, they reflect values, norms and institutional configuration to support regional development. Second, their level of advances ensured the ‘trust, correctness, and capabilities’ of cultural and institutional establishment as genuine tools of market and regional economics development. The paper offers several critical examples of cultural and institutional foundations in searching for their current positions. It includes the role of each stakeholder involving in the region and its style within the period of time. Then, it also shows tactics of improving institutional performance as well as the indicators of monitoring institutional development.
